Distance Reiki is a wonderful way to receive healing from the convenience of your own home. If you are unable to attend a treatment in person, remote healing sessions are an equally effective option to consider.

Before the session you will receive a step-by-step guide on how to prepare yourself and your healing space, along with your Zoom video chat link.

​

The session will begin with a brief discussion, explaining what you can expect from the experience. You will then be invited to lay down, close your eyes and make yourself comfortable. The session will open with a guided relaxation, supported by gentle music, as I connect with the Reiki energy and your energy-field. At this stage I will select a combination of crystals to help strengthen and direct the Reiki energy, aiding the release of stagnant energy, rejuvenating areas low in energy, helping to restore a sense of peace, grounding and wholeness.

 

After the treatment there will be an opportunity to discuss your experience and ask any questions you may have.
